the shape of thoughts –
Empathy through understanding.
A movement towards better mental health through art, education, and reflection.
We're reframing mental health as a space for exploration, imagination, and shared understanding. The Shape of Thoughts brings together art, AI, and interaction to spark curiosity, reflection, and new ways of understanding what it means to be human.
Visitors don't just observe. They contribute their own thoughts, reflections, and responses, becoming part of the work as it grows. The exhibition explores inner experience from different angles: memory, regret, identity, perception, connection.
At the centre of it is Constellation of Self, a live 3D data visualisation mapping hundreds of people's inner worlds into a shared space. Take a short questionnaire and find yourself placed as a point of light among everyone else.
Two venues, an exhibition and celebration of what we’ve shared together.
