Jess Leondiou and Sharelle Grant introduce the Habitual Self Journal, a 12-week guided journal combining gratitude practice with habit-building. Designed to support both inner dialogue and daily action, the journal includes weekly and monthly checkpoints to help people track shifts in their thinking, behaviour, and confidence over time.
